Policies and FAQ'S

Processing time means the time it takes for me to create, package and ship out your items. Almost all of my items are made to order by myself so you can be sure your order is being created with attention to detail.

Current processing time will be in the top center of this site.

Shipping is not included in the processing time. Shipping time is from the moment USPS scans in your package until it arrives to your doorstep. Once I leave your order with USPS I am no longer responsible nor aware of the condition it will be when it arrives to your doorstep. As of yet I have not had any broken items arrive to my customers and I pride myself in that. If you have any lost or stolen packages please reach out to USPS as it is out of my control. I always highly encourage my customers to add the shipping protection but that is up to you.
